Job Offer - International Trade Commissioner

October 7, 2005 – CORPEX is a non-profit organization funded by the Quebec Ministère du Développement économique, de l’Innovation et de l’Exportation, Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions, and the Conférence régionale des élus de la Côte-Nord (CRE Côte-Nord). Its mission is to serve the North Shore companies by providing support to the development of their exports potential.

Job description
This is a full-time position which essential characteristics are autonomy, mobility and knowledge in international trade.

In agreement with the board of directors:

• Assures, on the North Shore, an international trade and exports expertise


• Acts as liaison officer in public relations


• Realizes specific market studies and international business plans


• Bears the preparation of commercial missions


• Elaborates strategic actions of the corporation

• Bachelor degree in management, international marketing or in any diploma related to international trade


• Working experience in the international trade


• Important network of contacts in exports


• Good knowledge of the specialized resources intended for the exporters


• Billingualisim French and English


• Knowledge of softwares (Word , Excel, Power Point )


• The knowledge of other languages would be an asset


• A significant experience in the field of exports and international trade could advantageously replace the detention of an appropriate diploma
